Q: API Questions
Hello,
I saw someone ask about API access and the reply was to contact support. I was hoping for more details. Here are my questions:
1. I’d like to be able to upload my audio(s) as they are custom created with my eleven labs voice. Possible with API/webhook?
2. With option on the 3rd and 4th tier, know when someone listens to your audio. Can that also report back to an API/webhook ? (This is so my system will know.)
2a. Can it be reported as to how much they listened to, or just that in essence, the play button was pressed?

We can help with that :)
1. We can provide you with a webhook so that you can upload voice messages from ElevenLabs. Alternatively, we could use Zapier, as you prefer.
2. We can also call your webhook when someone listened.
3. That is unfortunately not possible for the time being.
Please email team@vocal.email with your webhook for (2.) and with how you'd like to upload voice messages for (1.) so we can get you started :)

A webhook or API connection is more flexible because there are so many more less expensive options than Zapier.
Good to hear on number 2 as well.
The third one is not a must at this time.
* I tried the email me an audio on the site. Nothing came through, nor junk folder.(Using gmail address.)
