Q: Questions about widget features for a medical clinic

I hope you’re doing well. I just bought your widget and I’m considering implementing it for a medical clinic, and the functionality of scheduling appointments via WhatsApp seems very interesting. However, I have a few questions before moving forward:
Is it possible to manually add appointments to the system (e.g., when patients book over the phone)?
Can established appointments be rescheduled to a different time directly from the widget interface?
Is it possible to filter booking options by medical specialty so that the displayed options show the corresponding doctor depending on the specialty the patient is looking for?
Are there any additional costs for the WhatsApp reminders sent to patients?
I’d greatly appreciate your help in clarifying these questions and look forward to your response.
