I bought WhatsApp CRM in June 2024, thinking it was just another messaging tool. Fast forward to February 2025, and I’m absolutely bowled over by how it has transformed my business!

At first, I didn’t fully grasp its potential—but now, I see how it’s redefining customer engagement. Seamless automation, real-time interactions, and a powerful, intuitive interface have made managing communications effortless. What once seemed impossible is now business as usual thanks to WhatsApp CRM.

A huge kudos to Cesar Martin, the CEO, who took time out of his busy schedule to personally assist me. That level of dedication speaks volumes about the product and the team behind it!

For years, I've been itching to run ads that lead directly into WhatsApp due to its extremely high performance. What held me back was the technical aspect and the fact that my personal phone number would "suddenly" be exposed to everyone.

While exploring the WhatsApp Widget, I investigated how I could use a (new, additional) phone number to keep my main number protected. (Spoiler alert: It works without any issues!).

This removed my main obstacle.

For days, I've been diving deep into "WhatsApp Widget" after securing the deal. I've meticulously examined a good 10 YouTube videos from their channel to fully leverage everything "WhatsApp Widget" has to offer. As of today, I'm also using the (included) white-label option: This was also demonstrated clearly, and I was able to implement it immediately.

Cesar, the CEO of "WhatsApp Widget," responded to my inquiries instantly and to the point, and his YouTube videos also convinced me of his absolute customer focus.

My conclusion: Even if this tool were much more expensive, it would still be worth the price. As it is, it's a treasure at a discount price that not only makes lead generation much easier, but also allows you to tailor it "to the max" with just the push of a button (for cloning plus tailoring).

Gracias a esta herramienta, con WhatsApp hemos mejorado mucho en la captación de leads. Recomiendo ver los vídeos que tiene en su canal, porque te ayuda a ver todas las funciones y da muchas ideas. Llevo dos meses con este widget en mis páginas web y nos va muy bien.

I love the Widget and use it for most clients

La herramienta tiene un gran espectro de opciones para capturar leads y además permitirle al cliente iniciar un contacto más ameno mediante WhatsApp. El sistema es altamente personalizable y eso es espectacular. Cada uno de mis clientes recibe un widget 100% adaptado a su marca, y a su vez puedo obtener datos de marketing super valiosos e integrar esta información con otros sitemas.
Supero mis espectativas, y el hecho de que estén todo el tiempo trabajando para mejorarla me hace quererla aún más.

Puedo decir también que tiene tantas funciones, que muchas veces es dificil comprender que efecto tiene cada cambio. Y quizá la curva de aprendizaje al principio es algo alta si buscas personalización al 100%. Vas a tener que probar, ver, jugar un poco con el sistema hasta descubrir todas sus funciones para aprovecharlas al maximo. Por lo demás 100% recomendado.
