Q: Questions before purchase
Hi, I'd like to know a couple of things before purchase:
1. Is this tool for technical people? Do I need to know coding or scripting to be able to make full use this product?
2. Is it possible to convert a website page into a PDF using your product? I don't mean just a section of a webpage, not just a viewable area. I mean the entire page. Not the website but just the page whole page as you are scrolling down.
3. Is it possible to convert the PDF contents and into HTML code? I don't mean just embed the PDF page. I mean to extract the text and convert it into HTML?
4. You have probably answered this question before, but how does the credits work?

2. Yes, but with some limitations. Our browser agents visit the website, read the current content of the page, and convert it to PDF. However, since the agents cannot interact with the page, content relying on lazy loading or infinite scrolling may not be captured. This could result in incomplete conversions. We recommend testing your specific use case using our free trial, which includes 100 free credits per month.
3. No, unfortunately, our product does not support this feature.
4. Credits are charged only for successful document generation. Specifically:
• 1 credit per image generated
• 3 credits per PDF generated (regardless of page count)
API calls themselves do not consume credits; only successful document generation incurs charges.
