At Maximise.ai, we use a combination of first-party cookies, IP tracking, and reverse lookups to ensure the accuracy of each visitor identification. Unlike tools that rely solely on IPs and third-party data (which can sometimes lead to inaccurate results), our people-level identification pinpoints the actual individual visiting your site. For Belgium and other regions, our chatbot collects visitor emails directly to verify them on the spot, so you're reaching out to genuinely interested leads.

Our enrichment rate on people level identification is approx 20% currently and we're in the process of increasing our coverage both in terms of rate as well as geographies. For company level identification we're at 60% enrichment rate and the accuracy for both is about 90%+. For our chatbot that does reverse email lookup based on the tech from our other product enrich.so the accuracy is 100% on personal emails and 90%+ on work emails.

Credits Explained
For Maximise.ai, credits are used for each identification:

1 credit is deducted for each person-level identification (if we identify the specific visitor, including their contact details).
0.5 credit is deducted for company-level identification (if you only need to know the company name, without identifying the individual).
