Q: Couldn't handle 20 simultaneous viewers
I love the ease of creating presentations. It'd be awesome if we could copy some scenes from one presentation to another. Is there a way we can increase the time limit for a quiz to more than 90 seconds?
Most importantly, after all the hard work to put the presentation together, I used meetmoji for my presentation today. 23 people joined in. Then ... Meetmoji froze: I couldn't use navigation buttons; I couldn't select scenes; I couldn't even close the presentation [on Chrome browser]. Then, I did my presentation using plain old PowerPoint. I have not tried Edge browser though.
Why does it freeze that way? Is this a known issue?

Aug 28, 2024A: Hi , Thanks for the note and letting us know and sorry to hear you ran in to this issue live. We just identified a new problem that arose from our underlying infrastructure over the last few days that seems to have affected performance as well as some strange issues with QR codes. MeetMoji has perviously been used live and in person with thousands of users and had no performance issues under this recent infrastructure issues arose. Our team has identified it and is looking to resolve this week, will let you know as soon as it resolves.
