Q: Hi Brian, I just tried to embed a Canva presentation into MeetMoji.
It works using the HTML Embed Code, but with the intelligent link from Canva, it doesn't. I use the animations in Canva for my presentations, but they of course don't work with the HTML embed code. It says Canva denied the connection. Do you have an idea what I might have done wrong? I have the free Canva version, but it provides me with the intelligent link, so I thought it should work..

Aug 6, 2024A: Hi yes, The smart embed link from canva doesn't support all platforms however if you instead copy the embed code (rather than the link) from Canva, then paste the embed code from Canva in to where it says "embed code" in the MeetMoji embed component it will work.

Thank you for the reply, yes, I know, I tried this before. It works with the simple slide, but not with the animations within a slide. Like one element after another (on the same slide) appears after a click during a presentation. Instead, it shows the whole slide with everything in it at once when you enter it. Any idea to solve this?
Sorry for me even with animations it seems to be working, I have a paid account so not sure if that is a difference or not, but not sure what other way to get it work. I have also used beautiful.ai to embed presentations if you are looking for an alternative to test and that worked well with animations.
