Q: Admin password change?
1. Maybe I am tired and not seeing it, but where is the button/menu to change the owner or admin's login and password?
2. If I may suggest - a 2FA for any email and password changes, e.g. two-factor authentication via owner/admin's email.
Thanks.

2. When you manage your admins and hosts in "menu / room permissions", you decide which email addresses to add/remove, and then those people are in charge of setting and managing their passwords.
3. All passwords are stored using one-way encryption and so can never be viewed by us or shared because of us.
4. To change a password, the responsible party must request a change-password link via email.
5. Finally, I not against 2FA, but for the vast majority of our customers, it's just not needed.
@Rick_Meetn These - at least to my limited knowhow- seem to be good practices on your company's part, Rick. Are the stored recordings of meetings also protected as encrypted files, e.g. against snooping by a rogue employee or against corporate espionage?
