Q: How to manage rooms?

Could you clarify how the static link of the rooms works?

Specifically, if I need to use the same room for different events of different brands at different times, as it is a fixed address, don't I run the risk that the participants of a session/brand enter another one which they should not enter?

In short, how should a one-day event be managed where rooms are set up for each brand at a specific time, but in which visitors from other brands should not participate?

How to prevent visitors from infiltrating sessions in which they should not participate, if the link is the same?

A: Sure. The primary way to manage entry to use the waiting room. But you can also set s 4-digit passcode on the room as a whole, or for an event in particular. And with app sumo tiers 2-5 you have multiple rooms, so you can use different rooms for different brands.

In practical experience, the theoretical problem is rarely an issue.

Some people use one room as a primary meeting room, and they keep that room name the same always for max ease of use, and then they use a second meetn room for public events and change the room name to match the event, or to some random number.
