mevo: all-in-one chatbot solution Reviews

I was looking for a way to create chatbots that I could use for different aspects of my business. I don't have much experience with creating GPTs or training chatbots, so I was concerned that it would be too complicated. I was pleasantly surprised at how user friendly Mevo is. Additionally, I am blind and use a screen reading software to access things on my computer. I am frequently disappointed with how inaccessible apps are. Mevo is almost completely accessible with my screen reader. The only thing not clear is the description of the background images that are available when designing the bot appearance. Creating, training, and setting up the bot is completely accessible. So far, I'm very pleased. The only thing I am a little concerned about is the lack of responsiveness from the support desk. I have emailed twice and have had no answer. I haven't had a major problem, but it would be good to know there is reliable customer service available if/when needed.

This is for me one of the best Ai tools I've bought. Its integration with OpenAI Assistants is what I was looking for and is amazing. As an agency owner, this will allow me to demonstrate and share AI-generated bots with prospective clients without showing them directly on the openAI website. Furkan has also demonstrated great customer service and support, which all of us entrepreneurs long for. If I were you, I would buy without hesitation.

I cannot believe the functionality in this chatbot
To be able to use OpenAI assistant v2 in a chatbot low cost using 4.0 mini is unbelievable. To be able to use easily with no code is incredible. Then the ability to embed on a website or webpage. It’s truly amazing

I've also been keeping an eye on offerings from similar platforms both inside and outside of AppSumo in recent months, and I haven't found anything this good and promising.

Its integration with OpenAI Assistants is a major differentiator, and the roadmap for this and other features makes Mevo what seems like a unique solution at present.

Furthermore, Furkan is very attentive and responds promptly to all questions, providing the support we need. Listening carefully (and directly) to customers' pains and feedback at this stage of the journey is, as we know, one of the great qualities of a founder.

Moreover, I am excited and eager for the growth of the platform, and I also feel that I have found - as in the words of a colleague here - a "diamond in the rough"!

I've tried out a number of bots, and mevo is my favorite. Some of them focused on rules-based interaction without the full AI/LLM connection, while others relied only on the AI. Mevo does both, and you can transfer from the rules-based approach to the AI. It also offers a way to easily integrate your own OpenAI Assistants into a mevo bot, offering some additional performance and feature advantages. Mevo's basic UI doesn't currently support certain standard text formatting options and it currently lacks the flashy eye appeal of many of its competitors, but the founder (Furkan Başaran) has been hard at work on a new UI, due for release soon. Furkan welcomes feedback and demonstrates a level of commitment to his software, to its ongoing improvement, and to his customers that is rare and highly commendable.
