Q: Just need a rating scale and small feedback box for my website.
On my website, I only need the ability to (a) embed a rating scale (like the Terrible -> Great emojis above) THEN (b) a small text box should appear to collect optional text feedback from the user.
These 2 separate steps are subtle but important since they gradually engage to provide more info vs. asking for too much info upfront.
A and B above should be embeddable to the point where the user sees it as a natural part of the website and not something extra. In other words, I can control the font, placement, etc.
A: Not yet, but the new Widgets section was just launched this week, with a ton of ways to customize the look of the widgets, and I can work on this one soon. It's been asked for.
Hello, I am looking at the apps but cannot find language switcher on the documentation ? Is it possible to have page in different language ? Is there a language switcher on the client leave review page ? Can we create email - sms template in both language and set customer language ?
Is it possible to ask more questions to customer and track NPS for the business ?
Do you have plan to become HIPAA compliant and can you direct me to your date security process and documentation ?
A: You can set your language in the Account settings, and the review pages and widgets will default to the browser language of the customer - however any text in the system that is editable will stay that language. I will need to work on a way to make every editable field have the ability to use multiple languages. So no you cannot make multi-language templates right now.

My question: Will the panel be rebuilt? 2. Connecting with Google - after connecting opinions, there is always a different number of opinions in the panel than in Google. My question: What is the reason for this? (I report it to technical support).

A: 1. You can stack more codes for 5,000 more monthly requests each. 2. You can add one account per project, but that account can have many locations. And that client can have access to more than one project. 3. Not videos, but a Discord server, help docs, and chat support.
Q: Personalization - Is it possible to send personalized emails and images?
I normally take pictures for my guests at the end of my workshop. After a few days, I'll send it back to them and ask them for a review. If I provide the link in a spreadsheet, would it be possible to show the image in the email and SMS? Thanks

Hi,
1- if we run out of email and need additional email, how do we go about it?
2- if client has more than one Google my business account, can they be added in their dashboard?
