Q: Language & NPS
Hello, I am looking at the apps but cannot find language switcher on the documentation ?
Is it possible to have page in different language ? Is there a language switcher on the client leave review page ? Can we create email - sms template in both language and set customer language ?
Is it possible to ask more questions to customer and track NPS for the business ?
Do you have plan to become HIPAA compliant and can you direct me to your date security process and documentation ?

Mar 2, 2025A: You can set your language in the Account settings, and the review pages and widgets will default to the browser language of the customer - however any text in the system that is editable will stay that language. I will need to work on a way to make every editable field have the ability to use multiple languages. So no you cannot make multi-language templates right now.
You can add more questions or "fields" to your review pages by editing a review page and adding a field to it. There is no NPS option right now.
All policies can be found on the footer of the home page. Data is stored securely with RDS on AWS in a US region and only our servers can access it.
