Sep 16, 2024A: 1. Yes, the agency includes CNAMEs for the customer portal, image URLs, widget tag URL, and API endpoints.
2. The client can use their own CNAME for the review form and also their own sending domain to send emails. If not, it falls back to your agency domain.
3. No language support yet for the agency client portal, but a lot of the text can edited for customer-facing pages and emails for your clients. Also email templates for your agency that the system sends out to your clients.
Tier 4 and 5 add 5,000 monthly requests each to your plan. You can also stack even more if you wanted to.
