What’s your plan for generating monthly recurring revenue with agencies? The current model doesn’t seem sustainable for you long term.
I’d suggest a plan for agencies where everything is unlimited, but must BYOK's (Bring Your Own Keys) for costs like email sending, SMS, and AI. You’d charge a fixed monthly fee to cover server and other costs, while agencies handle their variable expenses. For example, start at $xx/month, later increasing the price for new subscribers while keeping it locked for early adopters.
Alternatively, instead of a full agency plan, you could offer an agency add-on with the same structure. No limits at all...just pay $xx/month and BYOK's.

Apr 7, 2025A: I haven't given it a ton of thought yet regarding agencies. I built that out because it was commonly asked for on AS. But yes, it would be somewhat like an enterprise plan. I am not sure the BYOK approach matters that much. For a monthly fee, all my costs are covered anyway.
It would most likely just be a level up from the 3rd plan, where you get a certain number of requests, locations, and projects, and you can just buy add-ons when you need more. The only big difference is the ability to white label the product.
