Q: If I got tier 5 and bought two more, would that mean I have tier 7 now?
I would like that so if I can get some help because I got 5 but want everything in 7 without having to pay for everything again

Unfortunately, stacking multiple Tier 5 licenses won’t automatically upgrade your account to Tier 7. Each Tier on AppSumo is a standalone license with its own limits — combining them doesn’t grant the benefits of a higher Tier like Tier 7.
If you’re looking to access Tier 7 features, we’d recommend upgrading directly to Tier 7. Let us know if you need help making that transition — we’re happy to guide you!

Just to clarify: if you’re currently on Tier 5 and want to move to Tier 7, you don’t need to pay the full price again. You’ll only need to pay the price difference between Tier 5 and Tier 7 — you won’t be charged for everything all over again.
Unfortunately, Stacking multiple Tier 5 codes won’t unlock Tier 7 benefits, so upgrading directly is the best option.
