Q: Wordpress Q&A

Hello
Congratulation for your offer.
I only work with Wordpress, so I have a few questions for you:

1/ do you store the translations in the site's database or do you translate on the fly for each request?
2/ once the credits have been used up, does the site keep its past translations or do we have to go through the subscription process?
3/ browser detects the language, but is there a manual switcher? Sometimes the browser language is not the user's language.
4/ do you support WooCommerce?

Thanks for your answers

A: Hey, I’m Kunal from MultiLipi—happy to answer your questions. 😊

1. How Are Translations Stored in WordPress?
• Translations are not stored in your site’s database.
• We translate on the fly but use optimized caching on our servers, ensuring fast loading without consuming additional word credits for previously translated content.

2. What Happens When Credits Are Used Up?
• Past translations remain active on your website.
• No subscription is required to keep previously translated content live.
• For new translations, a top-up or upgrade would be needed.

3. Is There a Manual Language Switcher?

✅ Yes, we provide a manual language switcher that users can select if the browser-detected language doesn’t match their preference.

4. Do You Support WooCommerce?

Currently, we do not support WooCommerce.
• However, we do support Shopify for seamless translation of eCommerce stores.
• We are actively considering WooCommerce support in future updates based on user demand.

Let me know if you have any more questions—we’re here to help!
