I love MyMemo. It has become my valuable second brain tool for curating high-quality, long form content like YouTube videos, articles, blog posts, and AI papers.

I'm really enjoying MyMemo. Yes it has some bugs (so 4 tacos for now) but the dev is on it. Email support has been super quick.

The weekly MemoCasts (3-5 minute podcasts that are automatically generated from your weekly saved content by MyMemo) are super great too imo. You'll find the MemoCasts in your weekly saves list on the MyMemo platform - a really nifty feature that takes MyMemo to the next level.

I also like the in-app custom tagging feature (It's great when I'm on the move and want to capture a note, link or Youtube video and add my own tags). Then I can search all my saved data/links/notes and find exactly what I need - Well done!

Great, it really is my second mind that helped me a lot.

I reached out to support today to add a new language, and within a few hours, it was added. Amazing support, which for me is one of the most important factors when investing in LTDs. The platform is working great; I haven't had any problems so far. Hoping to see a Google Drive integration soon.

I purchased a full stack today. Login on the site using the browser worked fine, but the plugin wouldn't let me log in. Every time I entered my credentials, it kept looping back to the login screen.

I tried uploading a PDF through the browser, and while it said it was uploading, nothing happened. I tried again, and still, no change. A few hours later, I saw two copies of the PDF in my collection.

I then tested the app by asking a question that I knew my uploaded files had the answer to. Instead of useful information, I got a canned response: "I cannot find relevant information on SUBJECT. For more details or to explore MyMemo AI’s capabilities, you can visit this link."

I tried using the chat feature (with the @ symbol), and that worked—at least with the sample material already provided. But when I tested it with my own curated content, whether it was a PDF, website, etc, I only got that same canned reply.

I really wanted to like MyMemo. The price is great, and the features it's supposed to have are exactly what I need in my daily workflow.

The concept is simple: upload your files, ask questions, and get answers—a second brain. I get it, and I love that idea. But for me, none of the content I uploaded produced any meaningful results. Only the sample files worked produced a reply for me.

I’m considering trying SaveDay, or maybe I’ll shelf MyMemo and give it another shot in about 50 days. If there's no improvement by then, it’s definitely a refund for me.
