Not ready!

I purchased a full stack today. Login on the site using the browser worked fine, but the plugin wouldn't let me log in. Every time I entered my credentials, it kept looping back to the login screen.

I tried uploading a PDF through the browser, and while it said it was uploading, nothing happened. I tried again, and still, no change. A few hours later, I saw two copies of the PDF in my collection.

I then tested the app by asking a question that I knew my uploaded files had the answer to. Instead of useful information, I got a canned response: "I cannot find relevant information on SUBJECT. For more details or to explore MyMemo AI’s capabilities, you can visit this link."

I tried using the chat feature (with the @ symbol), and that worked—at least with the sample material already provided. But when I tested it with my own curated content, whether it was a PDF, website, etc, I only got that same canned reply.

I really wanted to like MyMemo. The price is great, and the features it's supposed to have are exactly what I need in my daily workflow.

The concept is simple: upload your files, ask questions, and get answers—a second brain. I get it, and I love that idea. But for me, none of the content I uploaded produced any meaningful results. Only the sample files worked produced a reply for me.

I’m considering trying SaveDay, or maybe I’ll shelf MyMemo and give it another shot in about 50 days. If there's no improvement by then, it’s definitely a refund for me.
