Hello Mystrika-Team, my main issue is Code-redemption; as I have lots of email accounts I'd need help to be sure where and if I redeemed my Mystrika code I bought on Appsumo a while ago. Thus I sent email to support with the AppsumoCode, my email(adresses) etc. Got an auto reply - but nobody from your team reached out to me within 7 days. What's worse: I tried to send a reminder today to the support email. Result: "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender"

It is a completely standard practice to block email delivery from SMTP servers attempting to send emails...

This includes, VPN, Chrome extensions that sit in middle (that manipulate sent data) and so on. Only at the registration page, we require clean ip, with direct connection.

I tried about ten times, using different browsers, with both the computer and the phone. I think it's a captcha issue. The one displayed on the screen is not the one expected to validate the registration.
It is still impossible to create an account on the website. I have tried several browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and Edge). As suggested in your response, I used private browsing. I don’t have a VPN. My connection is excellent (VDSL), and I also tried at a neighbor’s house with fiber. This situation is frustrating; I am losing time and money.
Have you tested the ability to create an account yourself ?
We receive everyday large amount of sign ups, and most of them validate their email successfully. So, it's fair to say that the registration system is working as expected. :)

Hi, could you please what is meant by "5,000 uploaded / prospects contacts" in basic plan? Can I delete the contacts I uploaded and reupload another list anytime? Thank you!

Depending on your plan, limits can be up to 15,000 prospects at any given point in time.
You are free to delete already used up prospects, and replace those slots with fresh one, any time without any restriction.
