Prospect email - You will be sending emails to these people for outreach.
Sending email - These will be sending email ids of yours, using which you will be sending emails to prospects.

Now, armed with above information, you can clearly guess which one is 299 there.
Please note : All accounts on Mystrika are soft capped at 199 / 299 for sending email id, and limit raise can be requested once you have used up 75% of the current quota.
