Q: Are you planning to make better support?
I see a lot of claims about support (And for me this is MORE important than greatest worlds product).
Have you discussed how to make support better ?

Thanks for your interest in Mystrika.
Mystrika's support is limited to issues within Mystrika and our team has been doing a really outstanding job at that.
Unfortunately a handful of our customers find it difficult to distinguish the issue that arises from their email service provider (and needs to be fixed by their esp) instead of Mystrika.
Eg, SPF/DKIM/DMARC dns configurations are checked by Mystrika when a sending email id is added in Mystrika. But these are provided by your email service provider, and only they can help with correct record/fixing it.
