Q: non-existent assistance, buggy product

their email check doesn't work and if you manage to open a ticket they no longer respond to you.
I uploaded a list, I am asked to save to see the uploaded leads but... there is no save button

Thanks for your interest in Mystrika.
Email verification is not part of Mystrika (and never was), and is provided by our external service "Filter Bounce" for customers that choose to do so.

There is no save button while uploading the prospect, because prospects are automatically saved upon each upload.

If the uploaded prospects are not being shown it will be because of below conditions,
- Those prospect emails are present in your account on other campaigns. In that case ensure, you are using the "Allow duplicate" checkbox, before uploading your list.
- Those prospect emails are part of your blacklist, or are part of global suppression list from Mystrika. Mystrika maintains a global suppression list for all the email ids (across all the customers), to ensure emails have bounced are never sent an email next time.
- The email column in your uploaded csv file is not having correctly formatted email ids.

As we have mentioned before, generic questions are best directed towards our community group, https://www.facebook.com/groups/coldemailaccelerator/ , because they have been discussed already multiple times.
This makes things a-lot faster, and reduces the time needed for support turn around.

not the verification of the addresses to send to but the verification of the sender, with your configurations, after having modified the dns as requested the platform gave me 3 different errors I sent the screenshots and I no longer had a response.
