Thanks for your interest in Mystrika.
Only reason this happens is, if your network is being manipulated.

This includes, VPN, Chrome extensions that sit in middle (that manipulate sent data) and so on.
Only at the registration page, we require clean ip, with direct connection.

If you continue to face issue, please turn off VPN, Tor or anything that might be routing your IP, and use the incognito mode of your browser without any extension switched on.

I tried about ten times, using different browsers, with both the computer and the phone.
I think it's a captcha issue. The one displayed on the screen is not the one expected to validate the registration.

It is still impossible to create an account on the website.
I have tried several browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and Edge).
As suggested in your response, I used private browsing.
I don’t have a VPN.
My connection is excellent (VDSL), and I also tried at a neighbor’s house with fiber.
This situation is frustrating; I am losing time and money.

Have you tested the ability to create an account yourself ?

We receive everyday large amount of sign ups, and most of them validate their email successfully.
So, it's fair to say that the registration system is working as expected. :)

If you continue to face this issue, please drop a support email, from same email id you want to create your Mystrika account on and provide 3 username of your choice, and we will create an account for you.
