Q: I want to buy but...

I saw some really bad reviews online. I tried free account and there are still bugs. Maybe its just me so I will ask here.
When I try workflow and I put time based trigger there is no option to send email every week for example. It is grayed out. The problem is that it was not grayed out the first time I have tried. Now there is no way to add it again. Further more, is there an option to send the emails every week at the specific time?

A: Hi there! It's a tough industry we are in as there are many ways users would like to customise CRMs. Unfortunately that also means that it takes time for a CRM to mature up to go in par with other competitors (most of them are 10+ years old). So it does take time to catch up as we are very new. I believe over time we can cater to every type of use case so we are patiently working hard 😊
