I'm impressed with the direction of this CRM. I like the bring your own email feature so that not capped on communicating with CRM contacts. The UI is fairly intuitive and the mobile app is convenient.
What I'd like to see:
1. More tutorial vids (i.e. examples, best practices, etc.)
2. Affiliate payout (i.e. mark certain CRM contacts as affiliates and track payout time and amount).
3. Custom reporting and analysis (e.g. show amounts paid to all affiliates in the last quarter)
4. VOIP for outbound calls (e.g. Click to call + allow calls to be recorded and stored as contact activity).
5. Ability to restrict access to some forms (e.g. create an internal form for team use to enter data Or just restrict access to selected CRM contacts)
