So when I joined, I had the "worst" thing that could happen when buying a software... not getting the thing I ordered.
I reached out to the team because my Appsumo (Tier 3) code wasn't applied and wasn't working. In less than 12 hours, they got back to me and fixed it.

From there, I suggested the feature of stop the tracking of our own IP, and while they haven't get it up yet... they offered to include it in the next few weeks.
So overall, I think it's definitely a great tool worth getting for your business.

I have been looking for an alternative to not need DNS records to get some analytics data on some fledgling sites that I am managing. I just want to be able to add a snippet of code in the html head and not have to control the full DNS records or to give so much data over to Google from my users. I also like the data privacy of the Nlytics company's mission and I have spoken to two people on the team and I really like where this project is headed.

I bought the 3-Teir here and I am so happy with the app, I just upgraded to Enterprise!

Great Software - Promising Future!!

The product was very easy to install and the design looks very nice, pleased so far!

I had left a 5 taco review because it was very easy to install. Instantly started tracking sessions.
The A/B testing worked.
Event tracking didn't, so support and I scheduled a call for monday to fix it.
Monday came, and they no-reply-no-showed...
I even sent an email earlier in the day reminding them of the call.
To make matters worse, they replied once and then completely stopped replying...

Given that this bug hasn't been fixed, I give it a 3 stars.
Supports reaction makes me hesitant that this product will be around long term.

Also worth noting. The case study/reviews on the site are from the founder and his partner's own in-house brand (hence they say each quote comes from "brand management"). Not a red flag necessarily, but in combination with the above, it's worrisome.
