Had to Refund - Can't stop it from making things up
Yes I wanted to love this easy to implement chat AI that emailed me everytime we had a new lead. It's such a wonderful idea and honestly was going to solve so many of my issues. But speaking of issues, it caused so much chaos in the 5 days I had it on my website.
So it gathers information from the website, which is great. It got some facts confused with other facts, I'm ok with that. Running it through the training, I fixed a lot of those issues before the public saw it. But when I launched it, the conversations became...absurd. We are a martial arts private club, all the information is on our site. After seeing that the NoForm AI bot was quoting the wrong prices, I simply added training to specifically teach it what the costs were. That worked for a day, then started quoting the wrong prices again. I would submit more training. It fixed one confusion, but then the AI would invent another confused price. Ok, I get it...I can be patient and keep submitting training till it works perfectly.
Then after a bunch of these little circumstances that I was willing to over look, including telling potential customers a lot of flat lies, NoForm AI takes things to a whole new level of absurdity by telling a potential customer that we do martial arts outside all the time, weather pending of course....
And that we have a beautiful garden that we do tai chi classes in.
We don't. Not even close. At that point, I realized that if the NoForm AI is going to make up things so absurd that I cannot even anticipate how to train it ahead of time...like who would know to train it not to say that we we don't have a garden.
For me, the NoForm AI caused too many customer service issues. Because some of those people signed up immediately after being told that our $100 membership was only $35...and this is after a lot of AI Training documents uploaded.
Great idea, but maybe not for my business model. I really wanted this to work though.

I have to admit though, that it doesn't sound like an ordinary case. Yes, some minor errors are possible, but should be very limited with the current model we use. We would love to go through your case in details to see if there is anything we can do to prevent any possible cases like this in the future and maybe even get you back our NoForm client.
