I really wanted this to work!
The price is right and the concept is brilliant, but the application just isn't there yet. I really like the simplicity of NoForm, the user interface is great, the installation is a breeze, and everything is really elegant and simple. The design and user interface is excellent.
Then there is the functionality, it just is not ready for prime time. I limited the ingestion sources to my 12 page website and a 7 page pdf of FAQ's. It performs well with just website referencing, but beyond that it begins making up answers, giving the wrong answers, and was confusing two course offerings we have. A woman in Australia was given an online course price that was for the onsite school, thinking she would have to pay more than twice what it cost. I hope they eventually sort it out, and I was surprised that they don't power their site with their own product. They used to say at Microsoft that you have to eat your own dog food.

Although, it should be possible to eliminate such mistakes through diligent instructions, especially when you see aparticular error made by the bot. We are currently working on more clear message to the clients that materials provided through training are less "powerfull" than direct instructions. Training materials give the bot more context, but instructions give the bot directives. Also, some logical assumptions, that are natural to human being aren't that easy for the bot. If we take you example, the human would not suggest on-site pricing to someone from abroad. While it might not necesserily be logical to the bot. So direct instructions specifying that would help.
It is not that tedious as it could seem. Most likely there are a couple of common errors that bot makes and it is as simple as specifying exact Question-Answer pairs in the instructions. This is something we are planning to add to the UI, but currently can be manually inserted into the instructions.
For those reading this prior to the purchase, I would recommend reaching out to us for help with the bot set up. This will ensure a smooth onboarding and will help to tackle this type of issues and avoid frustrations.
