It has several areas of opportunity, but it does what it says
Some things that can improve
1. Loading time for the bubble widget to appear on the site is approx 2-4 seconds, it does not appear immediately like other chat bubbles
2 javascript code affects the performance of the page, especially the mobile version
3 There are not many customization options
4 The text of type your question cannot be customized, it cannot be changed or set to another default language
5There is no option to establish whether the bubble only appears in mobile or PC version
6 Top and left/right padding are limited to 60px
outside of there everything is fine, I like it, is great

Edited Dec 4, 2024Hi and than you for your feedback! Among all the highlighted points, we are curently putting the most stress on decreasing any influence on the website speed and load speeds. That is also one for the reasons the chat bubble takes time to appear, as it is done specifically to not load it before all your website content loaded. So I don't see it appearing faster anytime soon, unless we find ways to make both things works perfectly - appear instantly and avoid affect on website loading speed.
The other flexibility and customization limitations are there for the time being and we will stadily allow more and more flexibility with time. NoForm has a lot of room for improvements, that is fact.
