Useless and terrible support
This app is essentially useless, no push notifications are working for me or any member of my team. I have reached out to the founder support but this Hector guy has no interest in resolving the concerns I have brought up. I bought a plan for our team and we had automations running to a channel but never did we get the push notifications on any of our devices.

Sep 17, 2024We are currently experiencing a period where Google is making rapid updates, which are causing disruptions across various apps. For example, my microphone hasn’t been working on WhatsApp audio messages on my phone for several weeks, and I haven’t been able to fix it yet. Similarly, we are aware that some specific users have not been receiving push notifications on Android in recent days.
We will be releasing a new version this Thursday, the 19th, to address this issue. However, we’ve noticed that reinstalling the app has resolved the push notification problem for 99% of users. I have responded to 100% of the messages in the support channel, and when reporting a bug, I’ve requested that you provide your operating system and phone model, as the majority of users are receiving the notifications, and we are unsure why they are not working on certain phones.
As I mentioned earlier, your statement is similar to saying that because my WhatsApp microphone doesn’t work since the latest Android update, WhatsApp is a waste of time. We continue to work on the issue and appreciate your understanding.
