1. VPS: we are not a VPS at all. Our goal is not to provide a virtual server for web hosting. Our primary goal is to help our customers to automate their routine operations they tend to take on going from one project to the next and as these operations pertain to the use of different types of software.
Depending on the nature of your web-site, you can still utilize our platform to create a workspace that would host your web-site. And it might make sense to do it this way if you require often updates and changes to be made to that web-site and/or if it acts as a web app that performs some tasks that might require, for example, additional compute power from time-to-time - this is where you can leverage workspaces and our workflows which are a way we can help automate your routines.
However, if all you need is just to host your (static) web-site, traditional web-hosting platforms (VPS included) will be better suited for that.

2. Use of web-browser: yes, this is our primary interface that users can utilize to access and work with their workspaces.

3. PC available 24/7. When we designed our AppSumo pricing tiers we needed to make sure that can provide pricing with a significant discount. If your scenario does not fit into any tier we have our premium Pro Plan available directly on our web-site. This plan does not have any hourly limits.
