Q: Number of Users

Hi,

May i ask how many users are allowed / supported ? Can we use it as a general tool to reply to customer emails, whatsapp communications etc alongside the social media answers ?

A: Hi There! You can have 1 user per license, we do support Olly across Gmail and will plan to add these other platforms as well so you can use it there as well.
