Q: Features?'s Overall Good
The following features would be terrific additions or they already can be done now, then please tell me.
1. It would be great if you could add folders, edit order, chand folder name pertaining to the Status Name.
2. Payment Integration with Autobooks
3. Ability to create, organize, monitor, scheduled followups, send & receive emails through the Project utilizing customer specific email (gmail) address, to send documents on their behalf.
4. Create task/subtask followup notifications set on intervals to keep reminding you until task/subtask is completed.
5. When will you be able to uploads PDF files to a project.
6. Could project invoices automatically populate into Project file.

Oct 15, 2024A: Thanks for sharing your suggestions and questions! We appreciate your feedback. Here’s a quick update on what we have now and what we're considering for future improvements. Let’s take a look!
1. Folders and Status Name Adjustments: Currently, OneSuite does not have a folder feature tied to status names, but we see the value in it. We will consider this for future updates, as it would be a great organizational tool. Editing status names is possible now, though not yet with folder-based management.
2. Payment Integration with Autobooks: At the moment, OneSuite does not support Autobooks integration. However, we do support several payment gateways like Stripe, PayPal, and others. Integrating Autobooks could be a potential addition if there is enough demand, so we appreciate the suggestion.
3. Email Functionality through Projects: While OneSuite currently allows document sharing and communication within the client portal, we do not yet have email integration specific to customer Gmail addresses for sending on their behalf. This is a great idea and could improve project communication, so we'll explore it as a possible future feature.
4. Task/Subtask Follow-up Notifications: Every time a user is assigned to a project, they receive both internal notifications and email notifications. However, reminders based on intervals that persist until the task is completed aren’t fully built out yet. This sounds like a useful improvement for task accountability, and we will consider adding this in upcoming updates.
5. Uploading PDFs to Projects: You can already upload PDFs to projects from inside tasks and subtasks. All the PDFs and files are displayed in the files section for quick access, making it easy to manage documents within a project.
6. Project Invoices Automatically in Project Files: Invoices are synced with projects, but they don’t automatically populate within the project files at the moment. This is a great suggestion for streamlining document management, and we will consider it for future development.
