Very helpful support! Imagine my hassle: I created and uploaded 2 courses, 20+10 videos in total. Then I accidentally refunded the wrong code on Appsumo!?!? BANG! I thought all hope was lost, all my efforts were wasted! Then, I reached out to support, activated another code and BOOM problem solved! The courses were just in DRAFT! So if you get lost, just ask their support. It's not that fast, but very kind and useful! (thanks Abisola!)
I had the same struggle someone mentioned about my rare language. I thought it was only English, but after asking, it's clearer: SITE's language and COURSE language are not the same. I can change both, correct? Please clarify for all of us Sumolings!

I LOVE this platform
I needed an online course platform to manage a group of young learners who were doing paid work placements and it's excellent. I really love how quick and easy it is to build course content out and the assignments lets me track everyone's progress.
Only thing I'd like to see at some point is instant messaging with the learners? This would be helpful. The community also doesn't seem to notify anyone of new messages etc. but other than these tiny things, it's really good!

Aug 29, 2024Thank you for the awesome review and for the feedback, please notice that the community has a notifications system and email system, where when a new message is sent from one user to another they see a notification on their messages counter, plus they receive an email.
Instant messages is something we would like to add in the future to the platform as well.

Here is what I like:

- I can integrate video, images, and even quizzes easily
- Easy to drag and drop

- I'm not a huge fan of the multiple choice user interface for creating quizzes
- Sometimes I forget to press save and lose my progress. Would love a "Are you sure?" button before exiting before saving.

I needed a platform to create training for my employees. This app has been exactly what I need. They don't yet have all the bells and whistles but they are continuously pushing out updates and are very responsive to questions.
I started with just wanting something to create onboarding and annual training. I now have about eight courses and counting...training my staff on all kinds of topics. My assistant loves it because she knows when required training has been completed and she can file the proof (certificate) in their HR folder.
We can now see student progress easily (recent addition).
