I used to dread adding pop-ups to my site. Every clunky tool I tried felt like it was set on annoying my visitors and tanking my conversions. I’m talking about the kind that makes you want to smash your keyboard when a pop-up won’t go away. Then I discovered Onvocado.

At first, I was skeptical. How could a no-code builder really make pop-ups feel friendly instead of intrusive? But once I gave it a whirl, I was hooked. The drag-and-drop editor is so natural, it’s like it knows exactly what I need, making it a blast to create pop-ups that actually work. With just a bit of setup, the multiple triggers and page-level targeting ensure that my pop-ups appear exactly when they should

My site still loads in a flash, and I can track everything with detailed analytics. It’s not just another tool. Onvocado feels like a breath of fresh air after too many frustrating experiences.

Onvocado is a great tool - easy to use and does the job well.

We use the integration with Brevo which also works excellent.

I purchased the Tier 2 Lifetime hoping for a solid alternative to involve.me — but after multiple real-world tests, I’m honestly disappointed.

The main issue is the webhook integration: it only sends the first form field (e.g. name), ignoring all others like email or conditional responses. That makes it impossible to automate with external tools.

Additional problems:

- Required fields don’t work properly — users can submit the form even without checking privacy/consent boxes (serious compliance issue)
- Conditional logic is limited and unreliable
- The builder is clunky and unintuitive

I’ll give it two stars for the potential and lifetime branding removal, but right now it’s not a reliable solution for serious funnels or lead capture.

Unfortunately, I’ll be requesting a refund and switching back to more mature solutions.

We are currently start using onvocado to generate leads for our courses. While we focus on Wp on some domain the onvocado wp plugin helps us, also we plan to use it on some static landingpages. Onvocado brings us several categories of popup templates, which could be changed easily and quick. The video mentioned here helped us to understand the basics quick. We accept that there are improvements and more feature/settings possible, but you can use it, we do it also;-). For us a fast reacting support is important and they replied us friendly with useful answers within hours - great. Currently they only lack a bit more GDPR privacy stuff, some GDPR features (delete, accesslists, etc.) and as a company a DPA, but they have told us that they are verifying this, we are looking hopefully forward. In general onvocado brings a good start. Lets look forward whats coming...
