No sound on mobile device and unbale to edit
The audio plays on the first slide only but on mobile devices. Moreover, courses cannot be edited after they are created, and there are no instructions on how to embed them on a website

I'm sure this is just a matter of understanding. You raised the question of audio last night and we said yesterday (perhaps you missed our messages?):
On the mobile issue ...

A: It should do, of you give us the name of the course we can look into it."
Also on the subject of courses not being edited we said...
"Sep 6, 2024
A: You can edit any course by pressing the pencil icon next to the course. This will open the editor where you can upload media, change text etc."
Finally courses are embedded via SCORM packages and a direct hyperlink. We would have been happy to explain this to you.
Perhaps you would like to check on the above before giving us a one star rating? As you will see from other reviews our service is rated very highly and a bad review in this context does really do us a lot of damage.
