I'm searching since a long time a tool that could build a custom private portal over Notion, to onboard clients and work with them in a private and secure space. Do you have any plan to integration Notion as the back-end of Orchestra ? Thanks for your answer
Orchestra already comes with built-in Notion-style features like:
Collaborative documents
Slash commands to add blocks into tasks or documents
That said, Iâve actually seen more agencies moving away from Notion to fully use Orchestra, rather than trying to integrate the two. The main reason? Orchestra was built from the ground up for agenciesâit's faster, more...
This looks really interesting. Is there the ability or are you planning the ability to allow messaging to clients? â Do you have a roadmap we can see too?
A: Hey, thatâs a great question â and messaging is definitely something Iâve been thinking about a lot.
What Iâve seen with most agencies is that as they grow, they often shift away from real-time chat and move toward a more asynchronous workflow. Thatâs actually why comments inside Orchestra tend to be enough for a lot of teams right now.
That said, Iâm not against adding more real-time options...
Why is tier 3 checked off as fully white labeled when that description only applies to tier 4? Sending emails from an Orchestra domain is not white labeling.
Q: Almost $400 extra to use my own custom email address so its doesn't; land in spam box
I have similar products, you could call them me two products. I was interested in your product, but the ÂŁ400 price tag to jump from tier 3 to tier 4 has put me off in a bad way. I appreciate the extra storage and stuff but that's less important to me.
If you could show some flexibility it would go a long way in the Appsumo community. At the end of the day it's your business you can change what you like. But $400 to have custom email domain which is normally standard practice nowadays is a lot of money. It's just SMTP settings. Love to hear your thoughts..
Thanks a lot for your thoughtful comment â youâre totally right, and weâve made some changes based on feedback like yours.
Weâve now updated the tiers so that all core features, including custom email domains, are available in Tier 3. Tier 4 is now mainly for agencies who need higher limits (like more clients, tasks, and storage).
Hopefully this makes things feel a lot more fair...

Q: Licence Tier 3 Should have custom email domain
In Licence Tier 3 it should have custom email domain. The job to get this in Tier 4 is way over priced.

Apr 15, 2025A: Hi there, we adjusted the tiers to better reflect the needs around white labelling!
The tier 4 now is more suited only if you ever need more limits (Storage + team members) and the tier 3 comes with the email white-labelling!
Thanks for you feedback, happy to answer to more questions if needed. đ

Q: White labeling?
Why is tier 3 checked off as fully white labeled when that description only applies to tier 4? Sending emails from an Orchestra domain is not white labeling.

Apr 15, 2025A: This has been corrected and was a miss-configuration / offers, it now makes much more sense! Tier four only grants more limits to larger agencies!
Hope this helps,
Anthony
