@Josh_PathPro Still i am waiting for the response on the chat almost 2 hours now. on chat it shows 47 minutes no response after 2 hours also. you need to be very prompt.

Hi again this was of course taken care of also. Please note that this is primarily due to being on a different time zone, though we still replied in what we feel is a reasonable time (it was 1 hour and 18 minutes, which I want to clarify to other users).
