Q: How do I enter the license key?
It's impossible to enter the license key and follow the procedure for activation. I am inclined to ask for a refund. Also no response to questions in here for 12-14 days.

For Mac:
1. Open APP, and click on PDF Reader Pro in the upper left corner;
2. Select Enter License, and enter your license in the pop-up window;
Note: Your license: 493E-EA83-4F0F-6C1A, we have unbinded it for you.
Please try to log in, and use it.
For Windows, there will be a pop-up window and inform you of inputing.
If you don't update, the enter is upper right

I have a Mac, and I need to activate it on this system rather than on a PC. Is it possible to convert my license to work on Mac? When I try to activate it following your instructions, I get a message saying the license is invalid and that I need to enter a valid one for the application. Could you help me with this?
