Q: AI responses

Is there a possibility to train AI how to respond based on our own framework of answering to move the prospect down the pipeline?

A: Yes, it's absolutely possible to train the AI to respond based on your own framework and guide prospects down your sales pipeline. You can adjust the prompts for each stage of the process. Here's how the stages currently look in Periodix, and how AI handles responses at each stage (all of which are customizable):

1. Unqualified (e.g., someone responds saying they're not the right person): AI will ask for a referral to the correct person at their company.

2. Not Interested: AI will ask for the reason behind the disinterest, aiming to uncover objections.

3. Objection: When a clearer objection is presented, AI will handle it and suggest scheduling a call.

4. More Info Request: AI will provide information, such as sharing a link to your portfolio or deck, and suggest scheduling a call.

5. Interested: AI will send a Calendly link to the lead to schedule a call.

For each stage, you can also set up follow-up prompts. These are messages the AI will send if the lead doesn’t respond to the initial AI response. For example, if a lead is interested but hasn’t scheduled a call after receiving a Calendly link, the AI can send a reminder to nudge them to schedule.

We’ve designed Periodix to work straight out of the box, with pre-written prompts ready for use. You just need to turn on AI Auto Response to get started. When you click "Create a sequence," AI also writes the sequence messages for you automatically, which you can edit if needed. This allows you to set everything up in just a few minutes, even if you're not an expert at working with prompts.

Feel free to contact us via Intercom if you need assistance with prompts or anything else—we’re here to help!

Hey Artem, thanks for this! One more question, how does your tool access my LinkedIn? is it Chrome based extension or a web app? Do I need to be connected or keep the window open somewhere?

Lastly, can it interfere with other LinkedIn automation tools? I.e. I want to use Periodix just for managing replies, but other tools for outbound campaigns. Thanks
