I was considering purchasing your AppSumo deal, but I've had a free account for years and your "Dashboard" freezes every time I log in. When on Dashboard the links on that page are frozen and I cannot click to go to other pages to use the different functions. It is frustrating. Is this a temporary problem or is this an issue you are trying to fix?
Also, what social networks can be used with your social media manager?

Thanks for your quick response. I get the browser pop up stating "Page not responding" and gives the option to Wait or Exit. This is the case for various chromium-browsers, so it is not just one browser. During the non-responsive error for a few seconds even after refreshing the page, the links on the respective page do not work. All other web pages work within the same browser.

Q: How do clients add their social media accounts?
There is only option for 1 user on the basic plan.. so how do clients add their social media accounts without telling us their password and 2FA? Is there a client login? Or a link that you send to the client to add their accounts. If i have 50 clients and 1 user Id have to remove the client every time... Please advise
To manage multiple users, we suggest upgrading to a higher-tier plan.
Currently, there isn’t a specific client login. However, you can invite users to your workspace. Once invited, they’ll receive an email to join the workspace. After logging in, they can connect their social media accounts securely without sharing passwords or 2FA details.
Q: Does it add a link in bio? Are hashtags verified?
1. Since we're an ecommerce site, will the post/bio link back to the product page?
2. In our niche, it seems most ai generated hashtags are either banned our not allowed. Does your ai system verify that hashtags are valid?
