Q: Can you upgrade after the Appsumo 60 days trial plan?
So if I buy the Tier1 plan, try it out and love it, can I then upgrade to the $299 lifetime plan with 180 social media accounts? And if yes does my $69 I spent on the Tier1 price of $69 get credited toward the $299 plan?

As long as the deal is active on Appsumo you can updrage/downgrade the tiers and the previous paid amounts will be added to the new tier. But once the deal is closed or not active it's not possible.
