How are the Import and Customs processes handled ?

I would like some clear details on how the "import process" of goods from factories to another country works. Customs Forms, Customs Fees, issues with Customs Office, documentation, legal requirements, Shipping, Tracking, etc - how is this managed ? Since we are not manually present at these locations, it would be very difficult to deal with all this without your support.

Just want to get a clear picture on what is possible with the platform. looking for a quick answer, as i want to get it before the deal ends
