Why lock exporting to tier 3? Why not facilitate creating a word dock or pdf of the created plan

A: Thanks for your question. As mentioned in a previous question's answer, we modified Tiers 1 and 2 to allow exporting to Word and/or Google Docs.

I understand that there's been significant changes to the tiers in regard to uploading images and exporting functions. Can this please be reflected in the charts? I'm still on the fence whether I'm pulling the trigger or pass. At the moment I'm not sure about the difference between tier-2 and tier-3. Given that export and image upload are now included in tier-2 I wonder what makes tier-3 worthy of an additional 100 bucks? Some 52 more templates? Not really. The fact that tier-3 is called "Pro" and tier-2 only "Starter"... not really at this point either as there's not much difference other than the additional templates. And as you said, there's no roadmap to get an idea whether features are added in the future and if those justify going "pro". I can do without the courses (plenty of experience) and investors (using Funden et al).
What does "Business plans created and maintained monthly" mean, that you can create and use 2 plans each month for example in Tier 2. And the following month, the previous ones are lost?
Is there a public roadmap on how the platform is going to be improved? What are your plans for the next 3-5 years with this software? Will those features be included in all tiers as part of this LTD? Or only from a certain tier onwards, say tier-3?
