Q: Doesn't Connect to my LinkedIn Account
Hi there,
I purchased Tier 2 over a week ago.
Tried desperately to connect it to my LinkedIn account - followed the instructions 20 times.
No luck. Still doesn't automatically connect to my Linkedin account. I've downloaded and re-installed the Chrome plugin 20 times as instructed.
There is no support at all. No ability to email the help desk. Just a chat that resets every time you refresh the page.
I would appreciate getting some support so I can fix this issue and use the software.
