the comments need to have System prompts as well as context prompts for the current thing being commented on which takes into account the setting. How do you add value through automated comments? That question is worth thinking through for a long time. First, you definitely need the o1-preview api, anything less and you're cheaping out on your brand reputation, sadly it seems this tool is likely not letting us use our own API yet and they are cheaping out of course its an LTD it might not even be 4o yet hard to tell. Needs to give us more control over the comments instead of just making it all manually done through reviews, let us meta prompt and use the best api key model pls.

Something is not right with this process. I have tried multiple Boolean keyword combinations. I am still trying but if I don’t get the desired results by Saturday I have to get a refund.

I have been using this tool for a few weeks. The idea is good, but the AI is horrible. It's clearly noticeable that it is AI-generated. I can't run it on automation because it produces poor-quality content. I need to edit and approve the comments manually. I end up deleting 80% of the comments. If there are no updates in the next few weeks with AI, I will request a refund.

I really like the idea, the UX but the AI is not flexible enough.

These things i would like to see to improve the product:
1. BYOK - so that people can use their own preferred Ai model
2. Better tuning of voice and expected output of the AI. So that i can tell the AI, to react in a specific way. Like a pre-prompt to tell it what to expect about the posts to which it replies and what type of answers i would like to hear.
3. For twitter: currently, it reacts also to retweets of the creator selected, which is not smart at all.

I think no2 and no3 can be addressed fairly quickly if the dev sees the issues with the current state of the product.

I did not test Linkedin, so cant say anything to that.
