I can use the knowledge base to have resources for them and then use the roadmap to help the manage their to-do list and we can send documents back and forth. No, unfortunately, the platform doesn't currently support document sharing directly. However, you can easily add links to Google Docs or similar platforms for sharing and collaborating on documents to visualize progress. Hope this helps :)

Yes that is possible. Each project is completely separate from another, so you can create a project for them, invite the client and they can manage it.
