Q: Do you even have a support team?

I've been trying to finalize my custom URL for almost 2 weeks now and get ZERO RESPONSE FROM YOUR SUPPORT TEAM!!

It's taken me until today to even find an email address for support (up until now it's all been through your website chatbot - which is supposed to send you messages and emails, but either isn't, or they are being ignored.

Not a good look for a brand new, tier 3 customer...

I have processed the domain change for your custom URL.

We have a chatbot trained on our website and knowledgebase, but also have several contact options on our website and inside the app, such as the contact form and WhatsApp. You can also always reach out to me personally on ruben@productlift.dev
