Q: Feedback comments
This product seems amazing.
However, I have two questions:
1) is it possible to label to label feedback on the roadman something else?
2) I notice via the demo that when a new feedback is being created, it can have attachment. Is it possible to add attachment to replies and comments within a feedback thread?

1) Yes, you can change the label of that button (or hide it) in the Tab settings.
2) At the moment it is possible to upload images in comments, but it is not possible to upload other file types. I think it can quickly increase storage limits and it is more difficult to oversee. Is there a particular use case in your mind where this make sense to allow?

2) yes, I am a business consultant and I teach free entrepreneurship courses. I was thinking of using your platform to manage my students. I can use the knowledge base to have resources for them and then use the roadmap to help the manage their to-do list and we can send documents back and forth. I thought it would be great for visualizing progress.
No, unfortunately, the platform doesn't currently support document sharing directly. However, you can easily add links to Google Docs or similar platforms for sharing and collaborating on documents to visualize progress. Hope this helps :)
