Q: lost password and unable to login
I recently subscribed to ProductLift and successfully set up my board. However, I’ve encountered an issue while trying to log back in. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and didn’t save it.
When I attempted to log in, I noticed there isn’t an option to reset my password on the login screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your message.
You can reset the password on the login page of your portal (something like xxx.productlift.dev). You should have received an email with the account information like the portal url, or it may also be in your browser history.
If you still have problems with it, just send us an email with your license code and we will help you reset (see widget right bottom on the site).
